OUR IMPACT
We helped communities all across Illinois learn more about early detection, kidney donation, and general kidney health through our free patient programs and the KidneyMobile® screening program.
we invested $2.6 Million in programs and services
Our KidneyMobile® program provided 51 free kidney disease prevention screenings in every corner of Illinois.
53% of the screened participants had at least one abnormal test result, and more than 45% were immediately referred to a physician or health center.
WE brought new Medical students
into the field, and awarded
three research grants
We tested nearly 2,000 Illinois residents for common kidney disease risk factors, and through our education initiatives, we connected with more than 70,000 patients, families and caretakers via seminars, lectures, and webinars.
