Tribute donations pay homage to your loved one's spirit by funding services and research that will help save the lives of future kidney disease patients. Tributes can commemorate milestones in a survivor’s life, or express condolences if a battle comes to an end.

 

Once your gift is received, the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois will send a card to your honoree or to their family, acknowledging your gift.
