Know your kidneys

The National Kidney Foundation of Illinois is committed to leading the fight against kidney disease. Through our patient and family resource center, we help communities affected by kidney disease find the information and references they need.

We make it easier for patients and their loved ones to find physicians, learn about treatment options, and navigate knotty concerns like insurance, diet, and establishing an emotional support network.
