Evanston RoundTable: Free kidney and diabetes screenings available on April 11

The National Kidney Foundation of Illinois is offering free kidney and diabetes screenings from 2 to 6 p.m. on Friday, April 11, at the Springfield Missionary Baptist Church, 1801 Emerson St.

Appointments are not necessary. Walk-ins are welcome, but registration is required. Register online or with the QR code on the flyer. Complete your questionnaire prior to the screening.
