To those of you who joined NKFI and the greater kidney community at Saturday’s 3rd Annual “Hit a Home Run for Kidney Health” event with the Chicago White Sox – thank you for your generous support!
Although it was a hot & humid day at Guaranteed Rate Field, and we hope you enjoyed this fun, family-friendly way to raise awareness for the importance – and impact – of kidney health and organ donation. With $10 from every ticket purchased for this event benefitting vital NKFI programs and services, you helped raise $360 for our mission and joined Team NKFI on our journey to educate and empower the kidney patients, caregivers, and communities we serve across Illinois. Even though we didn’t walk away with a White Sox win, you supported NKFI with style, spirit, and strength!
NKFI also wishes to thank the Chicago White Sox, Tom Trilla, and the Trilla Family for their dedication to NKFI, our mission, and the greater kidney community.
